Perkins® My Engine App: manuals and tutorials now at your fingertips
Perkins continues to enhance its popular Perkins® My Engine App, with a host of new functions designed to help users get the most from their Perkins-powered equipment.
Whether you own one machine, or a larger fleet of Perkins-powered equipment, the free app for smartphone or tablet allows you to access invaluable information about your engines to support their maintenance, service and repair.
In the latest round of updates, users can:
- View the latest versions of your engine service, maintenance and workshop manuals for Stage IIIA or below engines direct – and free of charge – from the app*
- Watch Perkins My Engine App and Perkins® SmartCap tutorial videos via the app. This makes it easier than ever to get to grips with how the digital tool works – and get the maximum value from it

- Engine sharing feature, so multiple users can view information about the same engine
- Direct access to Perkins on-line shops for users in the U.S., UK and Ireland allowing you to easily buy the Perkins parts for your specific engine
- Available in eight languages, with more being added all the time. Languages include English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish and Chinese.
You can also link with the Perkins SmartCap to give truly personalised engine information. Perkins SmartCap, which replaces your engine’s conventional oil filler cap, is available from perkins.com/shop and from Perkins distributors in over 45 countries worldwide.
